Effective and Progressive strategies

Thanks to our strategies not only was Floren and I able to generate A LOT of invites and PAY-INS in less than a week, but our Downlines and the Downlines of our Downlines were able to generate their own invites and pay ins as well! You can really say a strategy is effective when your 2nd-5th generation of Downlines are also generating pay-ins and invites. We're really close to achieving that goal so thank you Team Charge!

TO MAKE A POINT, just inviting your friends and thinking you've had a pay-in isn't enough. Your pay-ins have to be able to do what you're doing so that they will earn and generate pay-ins and invites, too. Some may have some invites and pay-ins but NO ONE in their 2nd + Generation has ever generated a pay-in nor an invite. SOME STRATEGY THAT IS!

All you have to do is follow our Team Charge System so that your Downlines and Downlines of your Downlines to the next generation won't be confused in what they're getting themselves into as far as strategies are concerned. CONSISTENCY is key!

A system is a special method or plan of procedure, when taken into effect will unite and brand the Team. Because goals and procedures are reinforced here in Team Charge, it will be easier to multiply and bring the team forward instead of STAGNATING and moving it BACKWARD.

The power of a great strategy can never be overlooked.

How to analyze a Strategy?

Simple really. It all goes back to basics of the 4 Pillars of Success courtesy of what I learned in the MLM business:

1. Make a Decision - Decide what steps to take and strategy to implement.

2. Take action - Execute the plan/strategy.

3. Analyze Result - One must be flexible enough to analyze and change themselves if you haven't been getting the results you want.

4. Adjust - If your strategies aren't leveraging themselves and multiplying then there may be something wrong with the strategy. It will be the time to adjust and rethink your current strategy. It's not harmful to try a different approach, right?

Knowledge and Application of Knowledge is Power

It's totally cliche, but there is a wisdom in the saying, "Knowledge is Power."

I had a trainer once tell me: "You won't learn anything in the training room. The real knowledge is outside of the training room." Instead of learning anything in the training room, he just left us to mingle with the rest of the trainees and chat. Now what he said is true to some point, but one has to realize that without the knowledge, how will you expect to go outside and apply anything? What exactly will the person apply? Application of knowledge will only apply once the trainee will take the initiative to learn on his/her own.

Take for example, a call center agent will take in calls. Do you believe that that agent will be able to give his/her best if he/she lacked the knowledge? "Hello Ma'm/Sir this is ___, How can I help you today?" This call center agent may not have anything to apply if they lack the knowledge regarding the purpose of the tools in their system and what path of resolution to take - in short, they lack the Knowledge. In order to give their best, that agent needs to prep himself/herself up for success by having the willingness to learn more about their chosen field or industry. There is still power in Knowledge.

Now the wisdom that my trainer did mention about Real Knowledge being found outside of the training room is actually pretty spot on as well. First of all, you will be more aware if the trainee is indeed interested in what he/she is learning, and if he/she is interested they won't have to waste time teaching the rest. Second of all, once that trainee gathered up all the information and did some further study or what they like to call "going the extra mile," they will be able to apply it and use it in their field successfully.

I also once had a member in my organization complain to me about the ineffectiveness of our training tools. I then took the liberty to take a look at his Facebook pages and actions. I found out that he was learning from a different person and disregarding ALL training tools and advice given by our Team Leader. "Did you watch the training tools provided already?" I asked. He said "yes." To which I replied, "Then why aren't you using them?" "Because there is a better way."

Now this is where I'll add the Third part. Many people like to make their own paths. You gotta admit that sometimes there are somethings that you see that others don't see, that's why making our own paths seem to be the best route for us. I admit that I also like building my own path. But I build it after I've learned more, not while I'm learning. That's why my trainer's wisdom regarding Knowledge outside of the training room will also show the attitude of the trainee inside the training room. Is the trainee's attitude one that is positive or negative? Is he/she one that is good to work with or not?

There are different kinds of trainees. There are those that have a good learning and listening attitude, willing to improve in areas they lack. There are one that thinks they know it all and are smarter than the rest - even after being proved wrong they are still right in their own minds. Then of course there are those that are just THERE with vague and silly reasons for being in the training room - lost souls. Being a trainer, you will be able to spot the one that is most willing to be trained instead.

It's easier to teach a dumb person with a good attitude than it is to teach a stupid person or a person with a bad attitude. A person that is dumb can still learn because his/her knowledge cup is always empty and ready to take in new knowledge. A person with a bad attitude is hard to teach because his/her knowledge cup is full and doesn't need the knowledge of others save for their own.

Respect

Have you ever heard the saying, “You have to give respect to get it?”

It’s true, but not necessarily in the way you might think. While it IS important to respect others, it’s not the number one way to ensure that they respect you.

When it comes to respect, it starts at home – with you.

If you don’t respect yourself, neither will anyone else. Why would they?

WHY SELF-RESPECT IS IMPORTANT

Self-respect is the foundation for governing a life of integrity and honor. If you do not truly love yourself and respect yourself as a person, how will you find the courage to stand up for your own beliefs or have the backbone to enforce healthy boundaries? Are you just going to agree with everybody?

The predators in life have a sixth sense for those who lack a healthy sense of self-respect and do everything in their power to exploit such weaknesses. Even “nice” people have a difficult time feeling sympathy for those that they perceive as lacking in self-respect.

HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF
Self-respect can be summed up by saying that it’s an acknowledgment of your inherent dignity and worth. Please note that it’s not tied to any particular achievement or ability: every person on this planet is born worthy of respect. In practice, this respect is not always given, but it’s important for you to know that self-respect is not necessarily predicated on meeting certain ideals.

Once you respect yourself, you will find that it’s much easier to earn the respect of others. And even in situations where you don’t get the respect you deserve, you’ll have an internal sense of respect that will allow you to conduct yourself with dignity and grace.

 EARNING THE RESPECT OF OTHERS

While it’s true that every human being is born inherently worthy of being treated with respect, there are some who stand out from the crowd and earn an extra portion. It could be because of their accomplishments, natural abilities, heroism, or beauty.

You don’t have to be world renowned to gain increased respect. In our inner circles there are those that others look up to more. It is within your power to become one of those people that others regard with an extra portion of respect. Here are some ways:

Have you ever met someone who was rude to you and didn't hold you with much regard? How did you feel? Did you feel annoyed? Peeved?

If you are a self respecting individual, odds are you want others to treat you with respect. And you know what? Age isn't a prerequisite nor is it a magic key to gaining respect. I've seen plenty of people who are young who are highly respected from their elders. I've also come across older people who I'd never respect because their actions are so out of line. It's about how you conduct yourself, your attitudes towards others and your actions.

Regardless of whether you are a teenager, a student, a new member in your team/company, or someone starting out in the industry, you can be well respected by others. In this post, I share 10 ways on how you can be a well respected person. These 10 ways can be carried out no matter who you are:

  1. BE GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO - SHOW YOUR SKILL!
In every field of work, the most highly regarded people are those who are the best at what they do. Everyone loves competent people, especially those who present their best work all the time. If you're just starting out in your profession, that doesn't mean you're not deserving of respect. It's about starting small and building from there. Ex: My boyfriend (also our Team Leader) is one if not the best in sharing his story and enticing the attention of others. Now a lot of people were really drawn by his way of speaking and that earned him a lot of respect when it comes to sharing his stories. Other teams would request that he sit in their team and share his story everyday.
When he first started out in the business though, not a lot of people took him seriously. Some used to laugh at him because of his outgoing personality and some just shunned him from the group when they were doing their round ups for invites. Rather than letting those stop him, he built his reputation, one step at a time, via producing the best content and planting seeds everywhere. Over time, people began to register the value he was providing and they developed respect for what he was doing. Today, he has many readers and coaching clients who are older than me, and that's because they recognize my abilities and what I have to offer.

It's through gaining experience and improving that you establish yourself as the best and earn the respect from others. It's not an overnight process, but the respect people have of you after that will be steadfast.

  2. RESPECT OTHERS
Respect is a two-way street. If you want others to respect you, you've to respect others first. If you've ever come across someone who isn't being respectful to you, I invite you to think of just one person you're not being respectful to in your life now. Chances are you'll find at least someone. Rather than sulk on how people are not respectful to you, work on being respectful to those people you're treating shabbily. It'll help you reach new heights in your relationship with others. Whenever someone is rude to me, I think of how I might be rude to someone else and mend that relationship. It creates a positive shift in my relationships.

  3. HONOR WHAT YOU SAY
No one likes a dishonest nor an unreliable person. A well respected individual is one who is honest in his/her communications and can be trusted to do what he/she promised. I believe integrity is the first step. I always ensure I live up to my commitments and deliver beyond what I promise. If due to some reason you can't honor your commitments, make sure you address them accordingly to the other party and make up for it.

  4. BE OPEN TO CRITICISM
Contrary to popular belief, being respected doesn't mean you won't receive criticism. In fact, it's quite the opposite. The more known you are in your work, the more criticisms you'll receive. My boyfriends networking group metastasized tremendously in the start of his networking career. Just as he has received a lot more positive feedback than before on his sharings and team, he also received more criticisms. It's not about rejecting criticisms but about being able to handle criticisms gracefully. People respect someone who is able to handle negative feedback and turn it into something positive.

  5. TREAT YOURSELF WITH RESPECT
It's funny that many of us seek respect from others, yet we don't even respect ourselves. Have you ever beaten yourself up before? Do you love yourself wholly and unconditionally? Do you treat yourself poorly by not getting enough sleep, proper diet, or exercise? If you don't respect yourself, you can't hope to get respect from others. Start off by loving yourself. The love from others will come subsequently.

  6. CONDUCT YOURSELF PROFESSIONALLY
This includes dressing well, being well-mannered, using appropriate language and having social etiquette. I attended a few seminars and business classes a few years ago like how to conduct yourself in a 1st meeting, etc. I personally found it helpful. The things taught inside are not all rocket science, but it helps to practice them in an actual setting and know what are the do's and do-not's.

  7. DON'T BAD MOUTH OTHERS
Whether it's in a professional or social setting, it's not appropriate to bad mouth people. You certainly don't earn respect this way. If you're unhappy with a certain individual and what he/she is doing, talk to him/her and work things out. Don't talk behind his/her back. This is the kind of behavior that attracts gossip and negativity. Not only does it reflect badly on you as a person, it also hurts the other party, whether you realize it or not. Be honest and transparent in your communications.

  8. STAND UP FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN
Have you ever come across people who simply agree with whatever others say without much thought? I have, and it gets meaningless after a while as they just say yes to everything. Personally, I have more respect for someone who disagrees (civilly) and stands up for himself/herself than someone who peacocks others. Likewise, it is by having your own opinion and a mind of your own that you get respect from others. Don't be afraid to stand up for what you believe in. At the same time, make sure you do it in a respectful manner to others.

  9. BE YOURSELF
Be yourself. It's better to be an original version of yourself than an exact duplicate of someone else. People respect individuals who are original. Too many people try too hard to be someone else they are not and in the end they don't have a sense of identity. Discover who you are and what you stand for. What the world needs are more people who are true to themselves, not clones of each other.

  10. BE A ROLE MODEL TO OTHERS
Actions speak louder than words. Are you a role model to others by way of your behavior? Do you uphold yourself to the highest code of conduct? You gain respect by walking the talk not talking the talk. The most respected person is the one who inspires others to achieve their best and enables them to unlock their highest potential.

Human beings crave the respect of others; it’s coded into our DeoxyRibonucleic Acid (DNA, most of my family are medical professionals). When we feel like nobody respects us, it’s difficult for us to be positive and productive. When we don’t respect ourselves, we act in ways that our counter to our interests in an attempt to make ourselves feel better.

Cultivating and Culturing self respect and earning the respect of others goes a long way toward leading a balanced, healthy and happy life.

Using Attitude and Knowledge Wisely

ATTITUDE: The way you look at and react to things.
Oftentimes, the problem isn't the problem, it's the attitude of person about the problem.

What is Attitude?

Attitude is a mental position relative to a way of thinking or being; a leaning toward that which you believe. A positive attitude is, therefore, the inclination to generally be in an optimistic, hopeful state of mind.

Now attitude may be just a noun, but it can mean the difference between turning a negative situation, into a positive and progressive experience.

I'm more happy to teach someone who lacks knowledge but has a positive attitude rather than someone who has the knowledge, but has a bad attitude.

Isn't Knowledge more important?

Knowledge is indeed important. It's absolutely right that positive attitude is necessary to carry on a good business. But apart from that, if we think knowledge is the only thing that plays a vital role then that's a fallacy. Let us suppose that a particular person always thinks positive even when the situation is against him/her. But the thing is if he wants to carry on with his business he definitely needs to have knowledge about that because knowledge is what will keep him mindful and aware of his situation. Knowledge is actually pretty easy to teach.

It's having a positive attitude that is hard to teach.

What does a Positive Attitude have to do with Excellent Performance?

Take note: Excellent Performance. Not Mediocre Performance.

Let's say you are a Leader and one of the people under your organization is having a tough time learning the system. Leaders are supposed to be motivators that stir the productive mindset of the individual. Will you discourage your member and tell him/her to quit? Using your positive attitude, this Leader should have the ability to inspire and motivate himself and others by giving encouragement to their members.

A great example of this will be my coaching sessions with one of the trainers that handled me in my transition to production. When he called me out for coaching, he asked me what went well with my work so far. All I could think about were the things I've done wrong or needed to improve, but he firmly asked, you may be right, but what do you think you have done in this work that went well? After I mentioned the things that went well, he then added, "did you know that you are good at communication? If you can learn to utilize this you will be at the top of your field!"

It feels good to hear a third party observation on the things you have done right. It built my self confidence and got me the job. This was 3 out of 16 initial trainees. I was the one with the least experience in the field, but I got in! This was all thanks to the encouragement this trainer gave me and our action plans to help me improve in something I wasn't aware I was good at.

What if you are just a regular Employee/ Downline / Worker with no position (yet)?

What if you are not a Leader (yet) what does Positive Attitude have to do with Excellent Performance? It will help you carry through the difficulties you will face when encountering something new like our System, it's principles, and Financial Literacy. If you have any plans of being a Leader, learn to master your emotions and help create a Positive and Productive atmosphere.

If you have been exhibiting a Negative Attitude and expecting failure and difficulties, it is now the time to change the way you think. It is time to get rid of negative thoughts and behavior and lead a happy and successful life. Why not start today? If you have tried and failed, it only means that you have not tried enough.

The Negative Attitude shouts: You CANNOT achieve Success!

The Positive Attitude shouts: You CAN achieve Success!

Which one would you rather be in?

Let's take another look at it, who would you rather be with?

Positive Attitude is a CHOICE. It's waiting for you to commit to it.

Developing a positive attitude will help you lead a better life and help you advance your career/business to the highest level.

How to Start having a Positive Attitude?
That's easy! Here are just some ways to start living with a Positive Attitude!
  • Start finding more reasons to smile everyday - After a hard days work (yes hard days work. Don't expect results without any action) motivate yourself by thinking of what you are working for and that what you did will lead you a lot closer to it than yesterday!
  • Associate yourself with happy people - They say birds with the same feather, flock together. This still holds true!
  • Build better and Positive Habits - By this I mean Productive Habits.
  • Read inspiring stories and/or quotes - This is one of the things where I started out in my road to a Positive Attitude. The more quotes and stories I read, the more encouraged and motivated I feel from the experience of another. If they can do it, I most certainly can do it, too!
  • Catch yourself thinking some Negative Thoughts? Flick your nose or wrist - I was such a Negative Thinker back then that I used to carry a Rubber band in my wrist. Whenever I caught myself thinking something Negative, I pull the rubber band and let it flick my wrist. Worked after a month!
  • Be assertive and communicate your needs - How can you nourish your Positive Attitude when you starve yourself of your needs? Make sure to communicate it positively and follow through with the results.
  • Spend a few quiet moments reflecting on the things and the people who bring you joy - Whenever I think about a good laugh we had with my team, I sometimes find myself laughing. Laughter is contagious. If you bring more laughter in your life, you can most likely help others around you laugh more. Not only does it make you happy, it keeps you healthy!
Putting life and challenges into perspective and reminding yourself that you have the power to change your attitude are incredible gifts. There is no doubt that life throws some curve balls, but hitting a home run and reaching that peak is totally worth it. The next time you find yourself seeking an avenue to bring a touch of positive thinking into your situation, don't forget to try the methods above!

You can embrace the challenge, tackle it head-on and kick it in the butt, or you can let it kick yours.

Take your pick.

For Stubborn Downlines

The Leader always sets the trail and chooses the path for others to follow. So, all you have to do is follow.

But what happens if your Followers don't want to follow?

Floren and I once (and still) had Downlines that (still) never follow our Team Charge System. But that's ok. It is totally under their discretion to do so. It's sometimes hard to handle those types of people because you want to do everything you can to help them out. You've already found the right system, whenever others follow it, they earn. It means the system works, right?

There are also those other Downlines who actually do follow the system, but once they start to earn, they don't deposit their money in the bank, it just went up to their heads. They start to think they can do things on their own now and make their own paths. Once they start making their own path, they've come to a total halt in their earnings. Sometimes it makes me sad because the point of a system is to follow it, not to disregard it.

Let them be! They are not your employees anyway. You don't pay them. They pay themselves. Let them follow their own path until they finally decide to follow you. Just always be welcoming to them, don't argue with them (if you can help it) if they don't want to follow you.
If you love someone set them free. If they come back it's meant to be.
For all those smart alecks, this doesn't necessarily mean that you love your Downline and you are in a romantic relationship with them, it just means that you care about their Financial Success and hope they will come to realize that what they were doing is lacking. Financial situations are no laughing matter. I remembered being at almost my last hundred pesos in our savings account with an infant! I totally understand what it means to be almost in the deep end. That is why I empathize with the situations of our Downlines. If your Downline finally realized that he was on the wrong path (hopefully) then you are always ready to accept them.

As long as you do your part and show that what you are doing produces the results. Keep doing what you are doing. Those who are willing to follow you and change their lives will not hesitate to follow you.

Always be the right person to teach your Downline

No to Crab-Mentality

Filipino Crab-Mentality. If I can't have it NEITHER can YOU!
Why is it that the Filipino Crabs don't have a cover when put in a pot? Why is it the other crabs have a cover in their pot? This is because of a toxic mentality called CRAB-MENTALITY. Individually, Crabs could easily escape from the bucket or pot. However, if the rest of the crabs have a feeling of either Envy, Conspiracy, of Competitive feelings, they will pull you down just to get themselves on top. They will either spread a bad rumor, and gossip against you which will cause others to think opposite of who you really are. This is also analogous to the behavior of a person who diminishes or pulls down anyone else who achieves or is about to achieve success greater than their own.

Whenever I see a Downline that is able to lift himself/herself out of an unstable financial situation, it makes me happy. I'd be even happier if my Downline surpassed my earnings. Changing the lives of your Downlines are more important than competing with them for the higher income.

People who can't help but say anything negative about their colleague usually had their ego or pride torn apart. People who experience this kind of train of thought are said to have a crab-mentality.

Do you think you have a crab-mentality or not?

Take a closer look at what the co-worker is saying.
When I started out in Network Marketing, I once had an Upline that showed me his earnings. A few minutes after he showed it to me, his Upline came in the room upset because his Downline had surpassed him. He declared that his Downline will never surpass him again in his earnings. After that time, I started seeing another side of my Upline's Upline that I've never seen before. He started becoming irritable. He started discouraging my Upline's system (which produced 50x better and bigger results than he did), he started asking him for his ideas and upcoming plans and STOLE them by saying it was HIS idea and that my Upline was the one that copied him, he also discouraged my Upline's speeches (which always drew a roaring crowd of cheerers), and even spread gossip against him in our company. With this, my Upline started feeling discouraged, because the one person he looked up to as his Mentor looked at him as a competition, not as a Downline. Morevoer, he also took everything personally instead of professionally. After this part in my Upline's life, he switched companies and made sure to set a culture for all Downlines to receive proper treatment. Seeing this happen to my Upline made me grateful that he always encouraged me after what he's been through. After he left the company, I followed him in our current company I support his far out but not impossible idea of Team Support. I also admired his vision of creating a culture for our Downlines to be able to cultivate their capabilities, skills, and potentials to make them Financially Free Individuals. Changing lives of others are better than changing your own. But with Network Marketing, you can do both. If you change your Downlines life, financially, your financial life will be changed as well. It's a positive domino effect.

My advise to other Network Marketers out there is to always put your Pride aside. So what if your Downline is more hardworking than you are? Doesn't that mean that it's time that you need to exert more effort? So what if your Downline is earning more than you are? Doesn't that mean that he's doing something extra that you should be doing? So what if your Downlines group is bigger than yours? Doesn't it mean that it's time you took a step back and analyzed the things you lack?

Instead of being jealous and envious of the results of your Downlines, you should commend them for their efforts for changing their lives and even encourage them to continue that path he is doing. Whatever he/she is doing should be right. Now if your Downline seems to be stagnating and not earning then he is definitely doing something wrong. This would be the right time to show them the right path of earning.

Help unleash the potential of your people. Don't contain it where it can rot and never put it aside where it can accumulate dust. Always encourage progress. If your Downlines are earning, doesn't it mean that you are earning, too? Does it not feel great knowing that you became a big part in the progress or growth of another?

Food For Thought.

The Power of Will and Determination

Have you ever felt that you've reached a Wall in your life? Has an event, situation, circumstance, pitfall kept you in a frustrated mental state? Every year seems to be giving the worst of the seasons? Well, Arthur here in the video will prove you wrong.

After an accident on his parachute, doctors told him he may never walk again unassisted. But, Arthur believed that there is a way, or believed that there MUST be a way to get out of his situation. It is this attitude that kept him searching for a way to better his situation. Instead of accepting the fact that no yoga instructor would take him in and teach him he still never gave up until he found Dave.

All it took was for one person to believe and another to have the will.

Now Dave also believed in Arthur's will. I mean, you don't have to believe in it to know that he is fiercely determined to change his situation for the better. After 10 months of hardwork, determination, consistency, and persistence, Arthur went from a Disabled Obese Veteran, to a Fit Veteran. To think 10 months ago he was having a hard time walking, now he can RUN.

“Other people and things can stop you temporarily. You’re the only one who can do it permanently.”
-Zig Ziglar
That's what I call determination. Now how does that relate to our Networking Business? It's really simple, if you have the will to do this, then you will see RESULTS just like Arthur. He desperately wanted to change his situation. With his physical condition, he had to push more than the extra mile to significantly improve his physical condition. He had the will. How about you? How badly do you want to change your Financial Situation? If you have the will, then whoever will say you can't do something will go in one ear and out the other ear because you're showing them that it can be done. Now, if you do NOT have the will to work hard in Network Marketing, then you will see NO RESULTS.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. How can you expect results if you don't do anything to gain those results? It's like expecting to finish a race without having to run. How can you expect to finish it if you don't even want to run? If you have the determination and burning desire to actually do the system of Team Charge, then everything should go smoothly from there.

To think, 3 months ago, Floren and I were about done with the last bit of our savings. That is, until we joined Supreme Wealth Alliance (SWA). Now we are able to save again for our baby's future and for our future. Floren was determined to build a group again after being pulled down by negative people in our previous company. He was willing to change the culture of our Team and steer them in the right direction to Network. With that determination, even though he lacked basic computer skills, people skills, and internet skills, he was fiercely determined to change our financial situation. We even made a system fit for our Downlines to follow. It's so Simple now!

No one can help the person that doesn't even want to help themselves. That's why I'd rather teach someone who doesn't have the skills but is willing to learn and change their lives rather than someone who does have the skills but is unwilling to learn nor earn. It's harder to teach someone who don't have the skills and is unwilling to learn nor earn!

Always remember that your future depends on your daily routine. What you do or don't do today including the past few days, weeks, months, and/or years will reflect in your future.

If you find yourself wanting to become better in a certain field, business whether it be personal or business, You CAN become better or far better. You have the will. You have the time. The options are all out there waiting for you to grab them. You hold the power. Decide to change, TODAY!
